Needs warning signs for cyclists that there is a footpath

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

MOP reporting a serious incident where a child almost got hit by a cyclist. Near the new bridge seems to think cyclists do not know they are about to meet a footpath. Needs signs to pedestrians and cyclist to slow down and be aware
