Ltn bollard vandalised

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Bollard has been removed, leaving a mangled and unsafe stump.

    This is, I believe, the third time this bollard has been hacked off. Best value for money may well be a sturdy metal replacement.
