Unstable manhole cover

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

New man hole covers placed since resurfacing road in last few months are very noisy with every vehicle that drives over. The balconies of a number of flats face the road and I can hear it very clearly even with windows closed. The covers are clearly not properly fitted as there is more than one that’s affected although the one next to the new traffic island on park road outside stickley court is the worst. The noise is getting worse. Please look at addressing it.
