Pavements blocked by A boards and temporary highway signs on High St

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

High St is very heavily used by walkers at this time. However the pavements especially around the cafes and shops are very badly blocked by road work signs and cafe and shop A boards. There are places where a wheelchair user cannot pass and where walkers have to go in single file.
