Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Bollard knocked down again at 15:30 10th August.

Really needs a solid replacement as this is going to keep happening.

  • No a solid replacement is not safe! It would not allow emergency services through and when people have accidents (like what happened here) there would be more injuries. Probably time to admit that these bollards need to go
