Old elderberry tree stump still growing

Reported via mobile in the Pavements category anonymously at 10:17, Wednesday 10 August 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The footpath between 151&171 Queen Emma's Dyke is somewhat overgrown & tarmac pushed up by elderberry tree stump trip hazard, brambles & nettles sticking out across path. The stump needs removing and tarmac damage repaired so when the council cut the grass they can get right up to edge with their mower.
