Rough surface on bicycle lane

The bike lane on both sides of Warneford Lane has been resurfaced in July but is very rough/bumpy to cycle along because cars are segregated from it so aren't smoothing the surface. It'd be great if you could use a roller to smooth the surface to make cycling easier. I'm tempted to use the road alongside it's that difficult to cycle along. Otherwise the new cycle lanes are great!
