  • I would be grateful if you could clarify whether the removal of the bollard at the Bullingdon Road, St. Mary's Road is now permanent. In the 20 minutes or so I was walking my dogs I counted 15 vehicles passing through from the Iffley Road through to the Cowley Road, and also down St. Mary's Road and up Leopold St. This traffic flow is pretty much back to the levels of traffice before the LTNs were implemented. If this is not a permanent condition, when will the bollard be replaced?
