Damaged/ or Missing sign for speed bumps

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Sign for speedbumps is not visible, seems its been damaged or removed. There is some remanence of a sign but only has a red circle. bus driver and a few other vehicles have gone over them with some speed and hurt passengers. Passenger on the bus would like it logged and fixed. They have also made a complaint. pinpoint for closest are would be before Hilliat Fields.
