Unfinished paving works

The path way beside the cycleway on the Eastern By-pass close to Littlemore roundabout has not ben properly repared. It was dug up when the cabling (Broadband?) and cabinet were worked on two years ago and the walkway around and behind the large green cabinet has remained Type 1 ever since never having had the asphalt replaced. Presumbly no-one from Highways ever checks reinstatement of provision after other contractors have supposedly completed their work. Because of the unevenness it means that pedestrians have to walk out into the cycleway, to the angst of cyclists, to get round the problem. Addidionally you will see that a smaller unit which has been put in later than the large one has been displaced presumably when the cycleway surface was re-asphalted. As there is a warnig sign attached tothe casing perhaps this unit should be checked for safety.
