Electrical wires exposed

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Just opposite Magnolia Close on the pavement is a large green electrical enclosure cabinet (I'm not sure what the proper name is) that has 'Virgin Media' written on it in black pen. One of the doors looks like it has been partly ripped off, so all of the electrical wires inside are visible. I'm particularly concerned that if a young child or foolish teenager touched or messed around with them they could electrocute or even kill themselves, as the box has a voltage warning on the side of it.
