Highly unsafe bollard

Reported via iOS in the Potholes and maintenance category anonymously at 08:37, Fri 12 August 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hello, at the end of Oliver road there are some narrow bollards that are hard to see when it’s sunny, they have no caps on top which makes it especially dangerous as it’s easy to impale yourself on it, I hit it with my bike and managed hurt myself and damage my bike. It’s also makes access for cargo bikes harder because of spacing. Would you consider installing the safer wider variety with suitable spacing or at the very least put safety caps on the top to make them safer from impaling. (I appreciate something needs to be there to stop cars and that there is already some reflective tape on) Thanks
