Thornhill park and ride toilets

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Womens toilets at the park and ride are disgusting. Out of three cubicles, one is locked, one is blocked and the remaining useable but filthy. This is similar with the sinks, only one tap is working sufficiently out of the three basins. I’ve been advised that the mens toilets are in a similar unacceptable condition Given we are still in the midst of the pandemic this is totally unacceptable and disappointing. Is this the impression we want to give to tourists visiting our City? It states on here that toilets here are the responsibility of South Oxfordshire which must be incorrect.
