Bollards have been pulled up off the cycle path and discarded in the verge

This is still an issue. The bollard attachments in the path are raised and difficult to see with other debris on the path. These would be dangerous to the cyclist if hit while cycling.

I have leant the bo;lards against the fence. I think theybelong a little towards Oxford by the park and ride entrance.
While at it, there are a lot of autumn leaves (skid risk) obscurung the tarmac, so these need clearing.

The bollards on the cycle track along the Abingdon road, and over beyond the cycle track appear to be in place. Could you please confirm location of where this cycle track is, and re-report with the pin in the correct location so that it can be sent to the correct team. Thank you,
