Foliage on roundabout blocking view of traffic

The foliage has grown up again and you cannot see oncoming traffic, cyclists etc. coming round roundabout.

    Was nearly involved in a collision at this roundabout this week. Lorries coming from quarry at Radley Lakes turn right and not visible to traffic coming out of Abingdon due to vegetation. This reported over a month ago now and still no action. Buddleia bushes are rampant and need to be removed. There will be a fatal accident unless you take action soon
