Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
There is now so much clutter on the wide pavement here, that it can be difficult to pass other pedestrians, prams or mobility scooters.
Between the tables & chairs, a-boards, wheelie bins, parked cycles & unpruned trees, there is sometimes as little as three feet of space. What happened to the need for 'social distancing' that the council used as an excuse to close the High Street?
Will OCC please ensure that the footpath is kept clear & the public continue to have priority over commercial use.
