Large Pothole on the entrance area with regular walkers and Bike users being affected

This Pothole seems to be a recurring issue and has been reported a number of times. We have visitors to the clinic on bikes and it causes them issues when travelling by bike or walking. We like to encourage bike users so it would be best to have this repaired. It maybe best to try and investigate why it keeps recurring. Thank you
