Public path obstructed

This is the second year I have reported this problem. The tarmac path on the A420 from Buckland to St Hughes and St Hughes to the Snooty Mehmaan is obstructed with overgrown weeds and grass. This is a danger to life and limb walking to the bus stop for Ashtree Farm residents. We have school age children who regularly use the bus and I find it impossible to walk with a pram along it anymore as it is too dangerous. The state of the path forces you to walk right on the kerb if at all and the traffic is flying past at speed. This really needs attention before someone is seriously injured.
