Re 3713426 I am replying here because, like others who have raised issues have found, there is no way to reply, Thanks for your reply. Another council fob off and you even have the audacity to create a video to do it, which others have found, explains nothing. My wife saw your representative take a look at the problem who did not have the decency to call to discuss the situation. Your reply was as expected as I have been raising issues re Windmill Road for almost 9 years, which have fallen on deaf ears. The local LibDems councillors, think it a joke. Try telling that to the young man who hit one of these drains and came off his E-scooter, almost hit by a car! Flower boxes, where people dump their rubbish through lack of rubbish bins, some full of weeds, take precedence over safety.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited the site and assessed the problem that you have identified. Unfortunately it does not meet our current intervention criteria so I cannot arrange a repair. We will continue to monitor this during our routine inspections. Regards
