Highway maintenance road barriers

Reported via desktop in the Road Traffic Signs and Road Markings category by Patricia Elliott at 12:13, Monday 1 August 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

These plastic barriers have been left for about 12 months now and parts of them they are now scattered to the east and west of the verge on the A420. The works finished a long time ago and they have never been collected. These are an obstruction and a diversion for drivers coming up the Buckland Road and on the A420. It is time they were removed. Last year I also complained about the footpath on the verge on the A420 between Buckland and the Bus stop at Carswell Golf Club and St Hughs school. As residents of Ashtree we use this path to access the bus service I complained to you well over a year ago that it was dangerous walking to the bus stop as the path is so overgrown. Nothing has been done about that since I wrote to you.

I hope these hazards can be fixed soon. Kind regards
