  • As at 06:30 Sept 6th 2022: Bollard removed and lying beside planter.

  • 06:50 on 6 Oct 2022: bollard not in place, is lying on pavement 80 metres down street towards Cowley Road on south-east side, causing issues for all pedestrians, but especially wheelchairs, visually impaired etc. For bollard removers, if you're not in a vehicle, you don't count.
