Needs a lamp shade to direct light to the path only

The light needs a lamp shade cover to stop light shining into our windows and keeping us awake. Only the path needs to be lit up please, so a full cover please. Issue has been for us 7 years and has been reported many times to the council and on fix my street with no response.
