Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

(i) Cars are being parked ahead of traffic lights on southern facing stretch of Boulter Drive just before the temporary lights. When lights change to green people think the car in front is in the queue when actually it is parked. Yesterday 4 pm there were two parked cars there one with the driver sitting in it. This delays cars moving through and reduces efficiency of lights. (ii) going around of work, there is not enough space for bigger vehicles (eg council dust trucks - Friday collection). (iii) the light switching could be more responsive - wait along time, no vehicles going through, before it changes - not sure it is using sensors. Not sure whose responsibility this is, but please could the above points be communicated to relevant groups of people / teams. There are plenty of parking spaces available in the car park most of the time. Many residents feel this should be being used anyway instead of he road by these drivers. Please could parking ahead the temporary traffic lights on south facing stretch of Boulter Drive be prevented during the summer, whilst work is going on. Thanks
