One of the Divinity Road LTN bollards is damaged and easily removed.

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The right-hand bollard (approaching from Cowley Road) is loose and easily removed. Car drivers are removing the bollard and driving through. Sometimes the bollard is replaced and sometimes, as has happened tonight, the bollard has been tossed away.
