Broken Bollard and socket

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The Magdalen Rd bollard is removed and/or driven over many times every day. Local residents search it out and replace it continuously. The bollard is now very battered and the socket has been damaged so that it cannot be properly installed.
