Bollard missing on Junction Road

The bollard in the middle of the modal filter is completely missing. Observed at 14:15 on 22nd of July but has been like this for some time.

Could you please collect the 'Overnight Road Closure, Cowley Road' road sign and sandbags in Junction Road. They have been left in the road since 1st week of August. Numerous similar abandoned signs all around Cowley. Many thanks

The LTN bollard in Junction Road has been removed - again. Could you please replace it. Many thanks. PS: the sandbags and road traffic sign, previously reported, are still awaiting collection.

Bollard is still missing and filter is being used as a car park (see photo). Signs and clutter are still there.

Bollard missing again and people advise each other on local Anti LTN Facebook that they can drive through. PLEASE provide proper bollards.
