Pavement in terrible condition!

I reported that the pavement outside our house was in bad condition 2 years ago. Someone came to see it, but went away without doing anything. Then I was notified that the problem had been fixed! I put a message on my post to say it had not been fixed at all.

This spring BT Openreach dug channels all around our streets. The area that was worst affected before now looks like the photo I have attached. There are big rocks on top, and the channel they dug hasn’t even been filled in properly. I have contacted BT, but nothing has happened in 3 months.
