20mph flashing lights

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

These school warning lights at 35/37 Queensway have been flashing 24/7 for a number of weeks/months - they should only be flashing at the start/end of a school day. Queensway School have advise that they have reported this a number of times and continually receive complaints. Although this has recently been reported again, I'm completing another form in the hope that someone can turn the lights off.
