  • Thank you for your enquiry. After consulting with Highway Records department. The ditch is not maintained by Oxfordshire County Council, and it would be the adjacent landowner is who is responsible for the maintenance of the ditch.

    The Vale of White Horse District Council deal with land drainage issues. You can contact the Land Drainage Team via the following email address

    engineering.services@southandvale.gov.uk

    They will be able to advise you on who is responsible and how the land drainage should be maintained.
