Piece of wood is covering a missing drain cover on the path way

There is a missing drain hole cover which is being covered by an old piece of wood - this needs to be replaced asap before the wood gives way/goes missing and someone breaks and ankle or worse. The hole is on the path outside dulux decorating centre

    The piece of wood covering this up is perishing and the hole underneath is significant - please can you escalate repair
