Roadworks - both pedestrian crossings out of use by a primary school. Temporary lights not working.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There are two sets of roadworks on the Marston Road by St Michael's Primary School. Both pedestrian crossings have been disabled. The temporary traffic lights to control the traffic are not working. This is causing huge problems for the children/parents trying to get to school. An explanation would be appreciated.
