Speed indicator sign advising motorists to keep under 30mph not working and covered by vetitation from verge and ditch

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Speed indictor not working and showing the speed of approaching vehicles, which by then should be under 30mph. Also observed that it is to a great extent covered by greenery growing in the verge and ditch rendering it useless even if it did work. Two issues -is it possible with some urgency to get the machine working? -is it possible with some urgency to get the greenery be cut back?
