I recognise this is a more difficult situation to fix and am appalled by the actions of whoever took the trouble to mix and pour concrete into the cavity, as well as stealing the bollard. Given this is a frequently targetted LTN, is there any chance that this could be covered by CCTV?

Bollard fitment repaired but bollard missing again. Just watched a range rover drive through as a child approached on his bike. Maybe this one needs ANPR instead?

Bollard still missing this morning, with drivers cutting through while I was on my bike.

Hi, This bollard has been missing for several weeks. Cars are now using this route as a rat-run, causing danger to cyclists passing through the gap.
Is there a plan to replace it?
Many thanks
Tim

Bollard missing since several weeks (>4 weeks). Please provide an ETA for a better solution that cannot be easily vandalised.

This intersection is supposed to be closed to motor traffic, but the bollard isn't blocking it. I constantly see cars drive right through. I see others have already reported the problem --when are you going to get this fixed?

Dangerously fast traffic risking accidents with pedestrians and active travellers by racing through the broken traffic filter.

I walked down to Templars earlier and the traffic racing along - clearly well above the speed limit - was alarming. Is the council quietly getting rid of the LTNs? Or is this gate finally getting the ANPR camera it needs?

This bollard is still missing. I have noticed a significant increase in speeding vehicles on Crowell road, and aggressive overtakes whilst cycling on the road.

Walking uphill towards the bollard today, a car sped past me just as a mobility scooter was approaching the planters from the other side. Frightening for me to watch, must have been terrifying for the mobility scooter user to experience. As a LTN, they had every right to expect to be safe there.

This still has not been fixed, despite being reported a multitude of times, cars are driving straight through, please fix asap as this has been at least 3-4 weeks. If you aren’t going to fix it at least instal a speed camera as people are driving in excess of 30-40mph

Two days after a new bollard was put in, it's already been vandalised again (though the vandals helpfully left it on the pavement). I was afraid of that. Could you put in something that's harder to destroy? The nearby traffic barrier at the intersection of Crowley and Mayfair Roads has one of its planters in the middle of the road. That arrangement seems to have held up well--maybe it would also work here?

We cannot have a more permanent barrier, it is a danger to emergency services. Although really this shows that the LTN system does not work, except for a very few people
