New installed LED light illuminates bedroom at night

The house behind the streetlight has a bedroom that is illuminated by the street light. It does not have a back cover to block the light entering the top story window.

The light was recently upgraded to LED and council advice is to request a back plate be installed to block light from being cast backwards into the top story of the house.
