Streetlight requires shield

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The old lamp had a shield to stop the light shining in through a bedroom window. The lamp has been replaced without a shield. Please could a shield be installed to prevent glare through window? Thank you.

    This light is incredibly bright compared to the previous one, creating a stadium strength floodlight into our garden which makes it very uncomfortable to sit outside at night due to the direct glare. Alongside the previously reported problem of it shining directly into a neighbouring bedroom, I also ask if we could please have a shield or a lower wattage lamp fitted. Many thanks.
