Temporary lights are poorly sequenced

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The temporary lights on longwall turn to amber too late, i.e. as the cyclists on the High Street are released. This leads to car vs bicycle as cars continue through the Longwall lights while cyclists have already moved onto Magdelen Bridge. I have witnessed several near misses already.
