The street light is dimmer than all the others

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Last week all the streetlamps in Gibson Close have been replaced with newer LED street lamps execpt this one. By comparison, this older lamp is now a lot dimmer than the others. What's the reason that this is the only one that is left not updated?
