When the light first comes on it just flashes - It takes a long time to stop flashing and remain constantly lit.

  • The cover is swinging in the wind a d has been for 3 weeks? this will either fall and damage my property or fall on a child on the way to school? The light is also out, not sure why this repair is still not fixed after 3 weeks?
