Verges overgrown in road between Milton turn in Sutton Courtenay and Drayton
Reported via mobile in the Pavements category anonymously at 11:04, Sun 10 July 2022
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Very restricted pavement for walking and extremely dangerous to walk on edge due to heavy traffic on road. It is also impossible for buggies to be pushed on pavement without children being stung by nettles or hurt by thistles.

Good Morning
Unfortunately no work has yet been done on this stretch of pavement and the situation has definitely not improved. This is the only footpath between the Milton road junction, Sutton Courtenay and Drayton village and it really is causing a problem for pedestrians and even more for people pushing buggies.
I really hope that arrangements are in hand for the verges to be cut back within the next few days. I do a lot of walking around the villages and all the bridle ways and footpaths through fields have all been cut back so it is very frustrating that public highways are not looked after in the same way.
Regards
Kathleen Jones
