Highway view blocked by overgrown bushes and hedges

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

As you go to turn to the right down towards the end of Mandhill Close, the road view is blocked, since the hedges/bushes on the road green have been left to over grow by Grove Parish Council. I have reported this problem directly to the Parish council but they have repeatedly said the issue needs to be raised to OCC. Blocking of the view creates dangerous situtations where traffic coming up the road is not aware of traffic coming in the opposite direction. Additionally there is no good reason for not trimming and pruning the bushes and hedges on the corner, but cutting the rest of the green bushes and hedges.
