Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

Pedestrian (Puffin or Pelican?) crossing has malfunctioning WAIT light on Library side of A338 by Grove Street and very dirty red/green man lights on both sides, so poor visibility. The yellow push button box on the other Garston Lane side of the road has sticky labels, obscuring the (working) WAIT light on that side.
