Pavement cracked and deteriorating

The pavement here is badly cracked and deteriorating every year. It is nearly completely overgrown with weeds in some places. The cracks are now large enough to catch a shoe heel, which could cause an injury. Resurfacing required. Problem has been reported several times here previously.
