Low hanging branches
Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 17:46, Tuesday 5 July 2022
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
The tree is so over grown that the branches are nearly a meter off the ground now and each time I leave my drive they scrap across the roof of my car. I can’t cycle directly out of my drive and pedestrians can’t walk past without ducking heavily

I thought it would be helpful to see the view from my windscreen......as you can see it's obstructing the view and there's multiple branches hanging down. It's a busy road and it's hard enough to pull out of the drive safely. I had a quite tricky situation yesterday due to not being able to see properly

I will be making a site visit to inspect the tree in the following weeks and will update you following this. Thank you for your enquiry.

Hi, I've had to get my son to cut back the branches on the side of my driveway, as they were proving really dangerous/obstructing sight when exiting our driveway, so it'll look a bit more pruned when you come out..... you might not want to anymore?.....to be honest though the two trees on this corner are really overgrown, the one next to this' branches nearly touch the ground.....but up to you, it's not causing a visual driving obstruction for me anymore now though. Thanks, Sue
