The bollard could be fit into the opening but can not be locked in place, you can freely rotate it or take out. It seems that the locking mechanism is broken. By now the bollard is quite damaged from cars going over it multiple times as well and probably needs to be replaced.

The bollard at the top of Rectory Road has been removed, noted on Sunday 16th October. Significant traffic now exploiting the fact.

It has been missing for over a week. The slot for the bollard is covered with metal cap. Does that mean this LTN is cancelled?
