No Grass been laid.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Contractors have been to dig up path to put in cycle-lane, which also is not complete. When they left April/May they seem to not have completed the contract. They have NOT replaced the grass (we already had!!) outside the front of our property OR along our neighbours either. We live at number 29 Burford Road.
