Faulty manhole cover in A417 Park Road

Reported via desktop in the Manhole category by Anthony D Jones at 14:20, Monday 4 July 2022

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The double-triangle manhole cover in the West-bound lane of the A417 (Park Road) has become much louder during the past two weeks. There is a very loud clatter every-time a vehicle drives over it. If it fails by sinking or cracking/braking it could cause a serious accident. PLEASE INSPECT it URGENTLY and clean its seals or replace it. Additionally - the noise has become much too loud to accept by the residents of Stickley Court and Oriel Gardens.
