Side of the road has eroded leaving a large gully and drop. Lorries are clearly dropping into this and making it worse. A trailer with livestock wheeling into that will be catastrophic

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

As above side of the road eroding - very very dangerous and needs urgent attention please. So many accidents on A420 such a poorly maintained road

  • This morning - 18 July I was following a wagon pulling a trailer. As predicted the trailer wheels dropped off the side of the road and into the “gully” The lorry swerved to the centre of the road narrowly missing on coming traffic. Nothing has been done, by now you could have put hazard cones on the side of the road. When there is an accident and there will be one I will send these emails to the press, heath and safety and solicitor for those who have had an accident. Please do not continue to do nothing
