Long rut developing on road entrance/exit

The road surface on chinnor road, by the post box has been deteriorating for a great many months, if not years. The photos are in chronological order starting with the newest photo. This entrance/exit to Newbarn Close from Chinnor Road, Thame is used by multiple vehicles daily. This is breaking down the surface so there is now a visible long rut in it on chinnor road. My neighbour even said he finds it difficult to exit the road with his motorbike due to this, which I think is a safety concern. The double yellow lines are also all but invisible now. These need re doing to ensure safe parking on chinnor road. Sometimes it’s very difficult to exit the road as people have parked too far across the road perhaps unaware of the double yellow lines. Myself and my neighbours have all had near misses on exiting the road. Please can you fill in the large ruts and dips and re paint the lines. Thank you.
