Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
Reported several time previously, now fallen over to block the whole of the footway. The verge below the hedge is highway (highway boundary is vertical plane at the back of the verge) so must be cut back hard to this - if damages hedge - well it should never have been let overgrow the highway boundary - years of minor tinkering by adjacent owner and 'softly-softly' approach by City Council...... All pedestrians have to walk in carriageway channel so a highway safety risk!
Thank you for your enquiry. This issue has been passed onto the relevant team for investigation.

Thank you for your report. We have wrote to the residents here and noticed that a lot of this has been cut back recently. We also need to be aware of nesting. We will monitor this on our routine inspections. Regards
