Works at highway boundary potentially compromising Highway

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Works at the highway boundary - old fence-line - being carried out on Saturday when unlikely to be monitored. The highway boundary is verge, which may also contain services, so important that the boundary etc. is not compromised by excavation adjacent to the boundary, or indeed a changed boundary line.... Public funds must not pick up any problems that arise. In addition, it is important than any planning condition re boundary treatment is complied with - to ensure no failure to enforce thereafter.
